If you can not come meet us at our Montreal locations to obtain your ear impressions, you may send us your ear impressions so that we can craft your custom earplugs within 10 business days. Here's how it works:

1. Select the desired product(s) and place your order online.
2. Visit a local audiologist to receive your ear impressions, please note this may cost an additional fee.
3. Mail us your ear impressions with your order confirmation and tracking information to 3db@odyo.com
4. We produce your custom earplugs and ship them within 10 business days upon arrival of your ear impression.

2) Returning customers

3dB lab digitizes ear impressions and keeps them on file for 3 years. If you have already obtained custom earplugs from us, you can order new earplugs at reduced prices here.

1. Filters
   The choice of filters can be selected for the right noise range depending on your needs. If your selected earplug model includes filters, you can interchange them with our other filter options available here : Dynamic Ear Filters
2. Handle
   The choice of having a handle for your custom earplugs allows you to easily insert and remove your earplugs.
3. Cords
   When a handle is installed, you may optionnaly add a cord to help prevent losing your earplugs and keep them together.
4. Coating
   We offer between a choice of two coating materials. First is the matt finish that provide a soft, comfortable and easily washable earplugs. Second is the glossy finish material that provides durability and advanced antibacterial properties.

90-Day Comfort Guarantee
This warranty covers adjustments necessary to ensure optimal fit and effective noise reduction. It applies to problems related to the comfort or effectiveness of the earplugs. To benefit from this warranty, the user must wear the plugs daily for the first two weeks to get used to them. We recommend using the lubricant supplied during this period to facilitate insertion and improve comfort. If discomfort persists after this adjustment period, please contact our customer service department to claim under warranty. A duly completed adjustment form must be enclosed with the plugs to be adjusted. Upon receipt, the 3dB lab team will make the necessary adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.

3-Year Manufacturing Warranty
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that may affect the functionality, quality or durability of custom caps. In the event of cracks, defects or leakage, please contact our customer service department to claim under the warranty. A duly completed adjustment form must be attached to the plugs to be adjusted. Upon receipt, 3dB lab will inspect the plugs to determine if the defect is related to manufacturing and, if so, will repair or replace them at no additional charge.

Exclusions

• Discomfort or loss of seal
  If discomfort or loss of seal results from a change in the shape of the user's ear, adjustments will not be approved beyond the 90 days included in the comfort warranty. These situations are in no way covered by the manufacturing warranty.
• Damage caused by the user
  Damage resulting from misuse, inadequate maintenance or intentional modifications is not covered by the manufacturing warranty.
• Accessories
  Cords, pouches, lubricant and acoustic filters are not covered by the manufacturing warranty.
• Shipping
  Shipping costs related to adjust, repair or replace plugs will be charged to the customer.
