Shipping Policy
All orders placed before 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time of North America will be processed and shipped on the same business day. In cases where that will not be possible, a customer service representative will contact you to inform you of the situation and the available options.
Canada
- All parcel will be sent with Canada Post, unless you choose a different shipping method as stated below:
- Free shipping is offered on all orders over 75$ excluding taxes for delivery in Canada, territories excluded (Nunavik, Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories). ODYO will choose its preferred carrier for this shipping method and you can expect your shipment to arrive within 2 to 10 business days.
- Express shipping is offered on all products, ODYO will choose its preferred carrier for this shipping method and you can expect your shipment to arrive within 1 to 4 business days.
- Free local pickup is offered for select products only, please contact us to know if your desired product is one of them.
- All parcel will be sent with Canada Post and subsequently US Postal Service, unless you choose a different shipping method as stated below.
- Express shipping is offered on all products, ODYO will choose its preferred carrier for this shipping method and you can expect your shipment to arrive within 1 to 4 business days.
- All parcel will be sent with Canada Post and subsequently its international partners.
Returns Policy
If you are note entirely satisfied with your purchase, our team is here to help. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be aware that you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your purchased products. Shipping costs to and from ODYO Shop are nonrefundable.
Full refund (when applicable)
Once the returned product(s) is(are) received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a refund to your method of payment will be initiated. This process can take up to 3 week to complete.
Partial refund (when applicable)
If an item is returned not in its original condition, if it damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to an error by ODYO Shop, a partial refund might be applied. The amount of the partial refund is determined in a case by case basis.
Exchange (when applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at their arrival. In this case, your request must be submitted within 72 hours after receiving the product in order to initiate the exchange process.
